
We are often asked by brides to create an original centrepiece that can be served as dessert. For Victoria and Mark’s wedding at Thornton Manor (http://www.thorntonmanor.co.uk/), we made delicious ‘choux pastry swans’ which fitted perfectly with the elegant theme of the big day.
